The Independent Review of Invest Northern Ireland (NI) was announced by the Minister for the Economy, Gordon Lyons, on 26th January 2022.
The Review Panel is chaired by Sir Michael Lyons who is joined by Dame Rotha Johnston DBE and Maureen O’Reilly.
The objective of the Independent Review is “To provide an independent assessment of Invest NI’s efficiency and effectiveness and, looking forward, its capacity to strategically align with and operationally deliver the 10X Economic Vision”.
The Independent Review of Invest NI has been completed, and the Panel’s report has been published online by the Department for the Economy (available here Independent Review of Invest Northern Ireland (InvestNI) | Department for the Economy (economy-ni.gov.uk). The Panel would like to sincerely thank those individuals and organisations from across Northern Ireland, and beyond, for their constructive engagement throughout the duration of the Review. It is now for the incoming Minister, the Department for the Economy and Invest NI to take forward the Review’s recommendations.
